Welcome back, Helge Schneider, the Festival da Jazz’s ‘closer’. Once again, we’re looking forward to closing the festival with this brilliant and multifaceted entertainer. It’s always difficult to make precise predictions about the evening. Somewhere on the broad spectrum ranging from ‘highly musical’ to ‘very funny’ and ‘quite bizarre’ is where the 2026 festival finale is likely to land. At our previous Easter festival at the Hotel Walther, he treated us to a silent film soundtrack. Now, back to the Dracula Club for another performance: Mr Schneider, over to you.
