Shavnabada Chor
Founded in early 2005, the vocal ensemble Shavnabada is an important player in the field of Georgian polyphonic singing. Shavnabada sees its mission in the preservation and promotion of that specific style, which was recognised by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity in 2001. The journey took the ensemble on expeditions through various regions of Georgia, where hidden pieces of music were discovered and these timeless songs were presented both locally and on international stages.
