If you are looking for an answer to this question, you will find it in Daniel Schnyder, who received the Franco Ambrosetti Award in St. Moritz two years ago, and David Taylor. Swiss saxophonist Schnyder and US-American bass trombonist Taylor form a truly unusually instrumented duo that knows no boundaries, despite (or perhaps because of?) the absence of a harmony instrument. Here two musical wizards have found each other, who have no trouble with complex musical compositions and love to venture into improvisational terra incognita. And in doing so, they like to take it to the top!
