To call Othella Dallas an indestructible, full-blooded entertainer is clearly an understatement. The singer, born in Memphis in 1925, is a real live-wire, brimming with vitality and joie de vivre. She isn’t the slightest bit interested in mellowing down with age and that she still calls herself «The little girl from Memphis» is therefore very well justified indeed.
