Sophie Hunger
Sophie Hunger’s debut album “Sketches of Sea” has been more than promising. Her follow-up work “Monday’s Ghost” has brought her the breakthrough and this again proves that the charts can be still taken by storm with serious music. On her latest album, “1983” the charismatic and sensitive singer follows a genre of music that is closer to pop but without losing her individual style. With sometimes bittersweet, and sometimes melancholic and then again quiet, optimistic songs, which seem to come from the bottom of her soul, she’ll send a shiver down your spine.
